We are thrilled to announce that we have hired a Director of Administration! Lisa Hayes joins Family Pride with more than 25 years of transformational leadership with a history of process improvements across multiple roles in medical administration and academic management. During her 20 years of medical management Lisa modernized processes and policies including implementation of an electronic billing system. She then went on to tackle Clarkson University’s need for process improvements including student, administrative and budgetary issues.
Lisa currently lives in Macedonia, OH with her fiancé, Steve and Lani, a 2 year old German Shepherd / Australian Cattle Dog mix. In her free time she enjoys shopping for a new home and planning her June wedding.
