At Family Pride, we are committed to serve you and your family safely during these ever-changing and unpredictable times. In order to assure the safety of our staff and the families we serve, we have made adjustments to our services while following state guidelines and recommendations. At this time, we continue to support clients outside of their homes, in the community, via telehealth or at any of our three office locations.
Now offering Telehealth Services
We are continuing our mission to provide quality care in your comfort zone, by adding telehealth services. Through telehealth, you can continue working with our counselors and case managers from anywhere.
New office and home-based protocols
Before arriving your therapist will ask you the following screening questions:
- Do you have a temperature of 99.5 degrees or higher?
- Have you been feeling ill?
- Have you been around someone who is ill or presumed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
- Have you participated in any events with more than 10 people that did not include social distancing?
If you answer “yes” to any of the above questions, we ask that you reschedule the appointment to a later date or meet through your clinician either over the phone or through video conferencing.
Masks are required for both client and clinical staff
In order to keep you and our staff safe, while following state guidelines, we require both client and staff to wear a mask during indoor and outdoor sessions.
When arriving for office- based visits
While in the parking lot, call the office to let staff know you are here for your appointment. We will let you know when it is okay to enter the building.
Upon entering the building, we ask that you wear a mask and sanitize your hands in the lobby. If you do not have a mask, we will gladly supply you with one.
Office protocol if the client is a child
If the client is a child and you are their guardian you may enter the lobby with them, while wearing a mask and then leave the lobby once the client is with our clinical staff. We are not allowing clients to wait in our lobby at this time.
