What You’ll Do
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments
- Facilitate Resource Connections
- Collaborate for Success
- Build Meaningful Relationships
- Educate and Support
- Offer Crisis Intervention, as needed
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Demonstrate Cultural Sensitivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited college or institution
- Licensure: LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC Required
- Experience: Proven experience in mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and resource coordination.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport and familiarity with community resources.
- Competence: Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
