What is a Case Manager?

A case manager, at Family Pride, is here, there, and everywhere. They work to help you and your family develop skills to make day to day functioning a little easier.

What does a Case Manager do?

A case manager is similar to a teacher, coach, mentor, or advocate. They assist you in mastering skills like: parenting, conflict resolution, coping, communicating, assertiveness, organization, etc. In addition, case managers work with you to obtain resources to meet your basic needs, such as housing, food, employment, etc.
