In the next 3-5 years we plan to….

  • Implement an Intentional Financial Management Plan focused on expansion, budgeting, saving, and investing to achieve strategic financial goals by the end of FY27
  • Increase Agency Referral Sources and Partners by 50%, and the Self-Referral Mix by 25% by the end of FY27
  • Staffing at full capacity to meet demand, resulting in potential employee supply outweighing demand by FY29.
  • Expand clinical programming and geographic locations to meet the rising demands of the mental health market, to increase the number of persons served by 50% by the end of FY29.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive clinical Quality Improvement (QI) system and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance customer care and ensure the safety of both clients and employees by FY29.
