Clinical Therapist

We are looking for part-time and full-time clinical therapists for multiple programs with children, youth, and families in Geauga, Lake, and Ashtabula Counties.  Individuals will be able to experience a variety of opportunities with individuals, couples, groups, and families.

Clinical Therapists will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide clinical interventions and collaborate with treatment team members and pertinent community representatives to build resiliency and reduce barriers to personal success.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Social Work/Counseling and appropriate clinical licensure including LSW/LISW, PC/PCC.  Bilingual Skills a plus.

Director of Administration

We are looking for a full-time Director of Administration. This highly collaborative individual will work with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to ensure that our organization’s administrative workflows and processes are effective, efficient, and professional.

REQUIREMENTS

The Director of Administration must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Nonprofit Management. Masters of Business Administration, Nonprofit Management/Public Policy, Healthcare Management preferred.

  • Strong understanding of billing and accounting processes – billing experience a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience with data analytic software and/or clinical health record

  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle programmatic and operational issues effectively
  • Strong communication in public speaking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement and strategic planning process
  • Be flexible, efficient, and excel at communications and large-scale project management
  • Excellent Computer proficiency (MS Office 365 Suite)
  • Maintain a State of Ohio driver’s license with a good driving record.
