What You’ll Do
As an Intensive Home-Based Therapist (IHBT), you’ll be at the forefront of change, working directly with youth and families to provide comprehensive counseling interventions, tailored to their unique needs, in a home-based setting. Your role will involve everything from conducting mental health assessments to crisis intervention, all while collaborating with a supportive clinical and admin team.

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based counseling interventions to youth and families, tailored to their unique needs
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks
- Collaborate with external and intra-agency practitioners to ensure holistic care
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Utilize your expertise in mental health and behavioral disorders to guide treatment and risk management
- Be a beacon of support, offering crisis intervention and response as needed, with on-call expectations
- Adhere to IHBT Fidelity requirements at the Best Practices level, ensuring the highest standards of care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible therapist with a passion for working with youth and families
- Proven experience in crisis intervention and applying varied interventions in high-stress situations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of clinical care and adhering to IHBT Fidelity requirements
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and the team
